The Greatest Snow on Earth Winter Sports Program

The Rocky Mountains are known for having the greatest snow on earth for skiing and snowboarding. At this premier winter camp, students will have the opportunity to participate in a variety of winter sports activities such as skiing, snowboarding, sledding, and so much more! Not only will students have the opportunity to learn in the snow, but they will be learning in the greatest snow on earth! Downhill ski down pristine mountains, cross country ski through pristine landscapes, and enjoy sledding everyday down rolling hills. This is the premier American winter camp. During their downtime, students will interact with local students, practice English, test their outdoor survival skills, and participate in science learning activities. The Rocky Mountains are located in the Western United States and are known for some of the most breathtaking landscapes in the world. They stretch over 3,000 miles from British Colombia down to New Mexico. There are over 10 national parks located in the rocky mountains including Yellowstone National Park and Banff National Park. The Rocky Mountains are one of the premier locations for winter sports in the world. Boasting over 100 ski resorts, the Rocky Mountain region is one of the most popular places in the world for skiing with five of the top fifteen ski resorts in the world located in the region.

Utah State University


Utah State University is located in the heart of the Rocky Mountains in Logan, Utah. The university is known for being one of the most beautiful universities in all the United States and recently ranked in the top five best located universities. The school boasts over 30,000 students. The University has top ranking programs in engineering, education, and agriculture. Many former Rhodes scholars and Nobel laureates call USU their alma mater.

Group Ages and Makeup

  • Age Groups: 9-13, 14-17

  • Each program will be geared toward the level of difficulty each age group is capable of.  

  • Our programs are open to students of all genders.

  • The Greatest Snow on Earth Program is a mixed program, meaning it consists of English-speaking students from various countries including many from the United States.

Program Features

  • Intensive English Training

The Rocky Mountain Winter Sports Camp is a combination of Winter Sports, science, and English instruction.

  • Winter Sports – Students will receive personal instruction from winter sports professionals each day. They will also receive all necessary equipment/rentals.

  • English –Students will receive 15 hours per week of intensive English training from certified ESL professionals. All activities during the program are in English.

  • Science  – Students will receive science instruction on popular science topics such as astronomy, paleontology, and geology from trained professionals in the field.

  • Wilderness Survival – Students will learn First Aid, CPR, Orienteering and other useful outdoor and life skills.

  • Research – Students will participate in various activities where they must utilize the scientific method to test hypotheses, problem solve, and write conclusions based on their findings.


Dot Bar Ranch – Randolph Utah

Dot Bar Ranch is in the beautiful mountains of Randolph Utah and features wide open spaces for students to have fun, relax, and learn! At the ranch students take care of animals, learn traditional American dances, take classes, play games, learn traditional American crafts and so much more!

 The facility offers beautiful, modern rooms that have enough beds for each participant with multiple private shower/bathroom facilities. The Ranch also features multiple classrooms, game rooms, a gym, and dining room.

Laundry and Dining

There are full-service laundry facilities at all lodging locations that will be available to participants every 4 days.   

The program will provide 3 traditional American, filling, and balanced meals each day for participants. There is an FDA approved kitchen/dining room with staff on location. We can accommodate dietary restrictions if notified in advance.
